This is quite simple... It follows the exact same rules with the regular RP, except that we will be using the cannon characters, with only/all their cannon jutsu (thus jutsu we have seen them use). Only exception to this rule is B rank or lower elemental jutsu of an element we have seen a character use at least once.
To give you an example:
If I choose a Kakashi bio, I get his mangekyo sharingan with Kamui, his ability to oppen the first gate, the Raikiri, Chidori, (and, in general, all jutsu we've seen so far used by him), plus all jutsu of B-rank or lower of Raiton, Suiton, Doton and Katon, as we've seen his use the above elements in general.
Forbiden Characters:
As they are ridiculusly OPed, for now none of the listed will be accepted (for now):
-Uchiha Madara
-SO6P and sons
-Edo versions of any character
also note that non of the edo tensei users may summon more than one Edo tensei, they can only summon an edo they have been seen summoning, and Kabuto cannot summon Madara. The Edo tensei stay in play for up to 3 turns, and cannot be reused for the rest of the battle.

ah, and one last thing: Your ninja rank must mach that of the character you are portraiting. That means you won't be getting Sasuke as a gennin, and won't be getting Konohamaru as a Sannin... Edo tensei users (because of the variety of options they have) and Rinnengan owners will only be accepted for an official sage (In short, Tobi/Obito, Pain/Nagato and Orochimaru/Kabuto bios will only be owned by official sages)

finally, if you wish an other character, the one who has it must drop it first. No, we won't have 20 Sasukes and 20 Minatos running around... Also for now, only one character per person.
