Itachi Kisame and Sasori vs 5 Kage

Conditions - Itachi in prime state and has Koto. Kisame has samehada. Raikage 2 arms. No antidote for poison from Sasori. Sasori starts with 3rd Kazekage out.

I think Kisame can absorb Jinton box / Raiton cloak so hopefully the akatsuki don't get stomped.

itachi's KA is in a crow,which is easily crushed before it does anything,gaara takes sasori,raikage blitzes kisame and the rest take on itachi. Kages low-mid diff.

itachi KA is not recharged after the ten year wait so its useless. tsunade would pulverise sasori at this distance before he had a chance to do much of anything. chiyo said you need good reflexes and experience to deal with sasori and tsunade wouldnt just stop after crushing hiruko.
kisame is essentially helpless vs onoki. samehada's not like preta path. they cant cut the cube or eat it before being atomised. that leaves itachi all alone vs mei A and gaara. not a good scenario for anyone who relies on fights beign 1 vs 1 as an uchiha.

tsunade solos sasori,her rebirth means poison is useless

raikage and mei take kisame mid diff at most.

That leaves gaara and onoki vs itachi,itachi wont last long.

Kages win easy-mid diff.

What about Kotoamatsukami ?

you mean the one that says 'protect konoha'?,yea, using that against kages will be very useful here. Besides,it's in a crow,which can easily be taken down before it makes eye contact with anyone of the kages. Especially since it's a 5 on 3 with 2 kages to tip the numbers,downing the crow wont put the others in much danger.

How can they Locate the Crow when its a lot of Crows

sand hail?,rain of sand?,acid mist?,sensor sand?. They dont have to locate it,just take down any crow that comes near them,and gaara can easily down those crows while fighting itachi at the same time,especially with onoki there,besides the order on the crow wouldnt really help itachi anyway,so he wouldnt waste his time with the crow.
