I think artist combo high-diff.
sasori will wipe out the 100 puppet along with himself being the puppet will cost tsunade enough trouble. If they drag it out then tsunade's invincible mode might wore off, then deidara could keep gaara busy while sasori try gain an upperhand.
if anything deidara will self-destruct and force a draw I think :\ just my opinion

50m is more than enough time to bring out third kazekage. gaara has an ally to protect so he will sacrifice chakra saving tsunade from a massive C3 nuke. sasori doesnt need to breath so C4 can disintegrate team 1

I think the best bet to stop C4 is for Gaara to take Deidara out quickly or prevent him from releasing the nano bombs. Although without knowledge, this probably won't happen. I also side with the artistic duo because they have chemistry together. Not sure if Sasori's poison will paralyse Tsunade, if it does, then the artistic duo win for sure. If it doesn't, I'd give the fight to team Gaara.

Gaara IMO has some good chemistry with ALL the kage's (past and present) old people just love Gaara because hes the "golden egg" of the gokage and kind of acts like an old man anyway lol

but this is besides the point as the artists obviously have better team exp.

I agree with you that the best answer to C4 is not to let it happen. The real question I suppose is if creation rebirth would prevent Tsunade from being paralyzed by poison. Do you think Gaara could apply the armor of sand to an ally?? at an added chakra cost of course

I say Team 1. Why? Because against Sasori, Tsunade can go on her own. Sakura is a chuunin that's why it took her so much to win over him and she did it because she had Chyio as well.
Tsunade having a more advanced experience in battles, the ability to read patterns, her strenght+techniques and ability to read movement patterns as she learned Sakura to do it, not to mention that her chakra pool is way more than Sakura's, given her lineage, I believe she is ready to take on Sasori.

On the other hand, I believe as well that Gaara has the power to take on Deidara. The type of offensiveness he has and as well, the defensive, grants him the ability to overtake Deidara. We know that at the time given, it was plot-wise movement from Kishimoto plus he had to worry about the villagers. This is taken out of consideration as he only has to worry about himself now given the fact that Tsunade is a medical nin and her techniques make her invincible up to a certain point.

Both being former jinchuuriki and the succesor of Senju/Uzumaki clan, they have outstanding chakra reserves tha can make them last longer than the other two.

Gaara would win a shootout against Deidara regardless of C4 because of Absolute Defense. Then he'll bury Sasori in the ground.

Sasori was clearly the weaker of the pair based on the way he was always matched up against weaker ninjas compared to Deidara, and Gaara > Deidara without having to constantly waste his Absolute Defense on the villagers.

Mmmmm.. Deidara admitted inferiority to Sasori, just saying.

Sasori was trolled by being beaten the way he was (allowing mother/father puppets to "hug" him), But this was necassery to the plot, as Tobi needed to be introduced as Deidara's new partner soon after.

It is a good match-up, nonetheless.
I am not saying Gaara and Tsunade are going to win easily. Given the team 2 feats I would say that Gaara and Tsunade would take this mid-difficulty.

Strongly agree with the bold, I think once Madara is shown fighting other Shinobi, the Kage will be put back into perspective and stop seeming as weak by comparison, as you said, especially Mei and A

yea,i agree,but remember, most of the village still hated and feared gaara,they started cheering for him late in the fight,and it was their presence that gave deidara the plan to capture gaara,also even after he save the village,the elders still pondered over whether to look for him or replace him. So it may not be that thy were too weak,it maybe that they were reluctant to help him and decided on it too late to do so.

Anyway,sasori wudnt have really made much difference,with the sand gaara used in that fight sasori would be squished easily,i think he knew that tooxd,and gaara also wanted deidara alive as well so as to capture him and learn of akatsuki,which is why he went for his arm instead of his head.
