So we start from the top

Explain Lightning Release to me. What is its strengths, weaknesses, relations with other elements? and anything else you know about lightning

Strengths:
It dominates Earth because it is able to break and move around in the ground. It is also dominate to Water, being able to travel around it.

Weaknesses:
It is weak against Wind, because wind is lightnings nature insultar.

Relation with other Elements:
Even if Lightning can travel to water, combining them together make a greater lightning.
Lightning is one of the elements that can make into Storm Release; a Kekkai Genkkai.

Lightning is one of the five basic elements that charge by vibrating ones chakra to create lightning, It can also be infused with weapons and is an element which can stun or numb an enemy.

A-Rank Wind Blast = S-Rank Lightning Blast
A-Rank Wind Blast > A-Rank Lightning Blast

To match the blast up, one needs to use a jutsu one step further against an element that dominates your element

• Can be used to cancel out rocks
• Can be used to attack multiple targets
• Can match up Doton jutsus

Weak points

• Wind based attacks
• Small Lightning bolts can be easily dodged by higher ranks
• Small Area where the bolts can't spread out.

Strategy/Combinations
Can be used to go different direction(left, right, front, and back)
Can be used with a water blast to make a stronger blast
Ways to counter:
Can be avoided by Kawarimi no Jutsu etc..

For this next jutsu you will need to gather lightning chakra into your hands then slam your hands on the floor, releasing a wave of lightning towards your target

*I quickly concentrate on my lightning chakra, as i vibrate my chakra at high speeds. I then channel them all the way to my palms and gather up some. As i feel like i am ready, i slam my hand on the ground, giving a shock of lightning to travel across the earth, shocking Kato's Clone*

• Able to travel across the earth
• Able to destroy Doton jutsus - D-Rank

Weak points

• Any Wind based armom defences
• Can be dodged if quickly jumps
• Only goes up to Short Range

Uses Genjutsu on an enemy and use the lightning wave to do extra damage
Ways to counter:
Jump to Mid or Long Range

*I quickly concentrate on my lightning chakra, as i vibrate my chakra at high speeds. I then channel them all the way to my palms and gather up some. As i feel like i am ready, i slam my hand on the ground, giving a shock of lightning to travel across the earth, shocking Kato's Clone*

• Able to travel across the earth

Now for this jutsu you need to gather your lightning chakra and form it into an electric field, which you will detonate, blowing back your opponent

Just a heads up, you can't dodge jutsu without the use of jutsu, if you get my jist. Like you can't jump out the way of a jutsu, you need a jutsu that would move you.
