Edo Jinchuriki retain their Bijuu powers?

Tobi put the Biju back in them that's why
I did find it strange that Ginkaku, I think it was him, still was able to use the ninetails chakra that was weird. But yeah Tobi sealed the Biju back in each of the Jinchuriki.

Why would he do that? That would create unneccesary risks to his Eye of the Moon Plan. Not to mention it would slow down its progress if it was even making any.

hmm more or less. I'm more of an Anime sort of guy but eversince I found out Tobi's identity was gonna get revealed I did a balance of both.

But as you can see Tobi is pulling the six Biju back in to the Gedo statue, The only part hear that confuses me is how he is able to do it in an instant, but that might be becasue the jinchuriki are dead but I don't know, or maybe because they were already in the statue at one time, but they did have their Biju when they were in edo form. Hop this helps.

Since Tobi can control the beasts, he can take them out, and put them in the Jinchuriki as he pleased

I would also imagine since they did not actually contain the Ninetails inside them selves that the ninetails chakra would run out within them as well and not regenerate, it doesn't make sense how this works, I can see having the chakra at one time would boost their own a lot and that would replenish but it wouldn't be the ninetails chakra but maybe taking in the ninetails chakra changed their own to be similar that's all I can think of that makes any sense at all and even then it wasn't explained so who knows.

Tobi brought back the 6 Jinchurikis & wiped their memories (Well Kabuto did but you get the point). Since those 6 were already under his control, and they (should) have perfect control of their respective Tailed Beast, there wouldn't be much of a risk of them escaping their bodies, and from Tobi's control.

Also, as an extra precaution, he gave them chakra recievers (the same piercings Pain has) to have better control.

This would be a really different problem if he tried controlling the Tailed Beast without their host. But at the end of the day, he sealed them back into the Gedo Mazo
