Ok look here what im ASSUMING ok if obito is actually tobi and it was madara that found him then he tought obito how to use the sharingan and all that but that doesnt explain the masked man attacking konoha with nine tails madara could not do kamui justu eye so its not madara but obito was wayy too young to have fought 4th hokage back then he was supose to be 14 at that time cause kakashi was 14 too so the masked man isnt obito at all its someone else someone that already planned tsuki no me with madara if you recall madara spoke of this somewhere while fight the kages so who is tobi i think its izuna the justu when orochimaru transfers himself to peoples bodys is my sugestion he toke obitos body and toke madaras rinnegan and gave it to nagato so he could go on with the plan he knew if he summoned the gedo mazo he would have beeen like nagato when he summoned it so he had to use somebody but the question is why didnt tobi want kabuto to bring madara back to life well this is my sugesstions if you have other ideas comment below personaly dont know who tobi is but he toke obitos body and eye for sure oh and btw why the f*** is sasuke and orochimaru sasuke said him and oro are gono meeet tobi and madara what if madara goes with sasuke and finds the gedo mazo O_O THEN THE WORLD WOULD BE OVER>

Actually, Orochimaru never said anything about going to meet someone. That was just Sasuke. And Sasuke didn't say he was going to meet Tobi or Madara; he said he was going to meet "the one who knows everything." We have yet to find out who that is, though it is likely Madara, it has not yet been confirmed. Just clarifying here.

I don't think Madara found him. Obito probably activated his new sharingan and use his Space–Time Migration. Zetsu probably found him and repaired his limbs. Seeing that Madara probably made zetsu with the rinn,zetsu entrusted Obito with Madara plan,etc.
