No way Third Raikage can solo Madara. Kage team would have much bigger chances if Third Raikage was amongst them, because he was freaking strong, but not enough to beat Madara.

Only individuals having capability of facing Madara alone are Hashirama, Tobi and Minato... I don't see anyone else on such level...
Hashi: Pretty much the closest of Madara's level(no comment)
Tobi: His S/T is just too much for Madara to handle...+Gedo and 6 Bijuu paths
Minato: Most agile ninja in NV, can evade every of Madara's jutsus, knows bunch of sealing techs. to seal him away when have a chance...
