ok ive been thinking lately how obito could have fought with minato at such a young age.

izuna could have been the one behind the mask when the masked "tobi" fought minato.

I tried to maybe see rin as the masked person but then again she was never that powerful

I dont think it was madara because pein already had the rinnegan at this point(i think)

these are jus my thoughts i was hoping someone could help me get to a core list of who the masked man couldve been back then i jus dont think a 17 yo obito could keep up with minato ms or nmot

What happened happened. Tobi is Obito....But I'm beginning to be swayed by threads like this. More than one Tobi type stuff. When u look at it long and hard enough.....it somewhat clicks.......We'll just have to c. Nice Effort.

I don't know how people kept saying about Madara's survival after fighting Shondaime... guess it was the only choice left, and I never thought of Izuna as the masked man because Izuna died and it was certified so this theory does not fit. There is still ninjas from Hiruzen and Danzo's era those that lived thanks to the sacrifice made by the second hokage, one of them could be using this young boy body. It could of never been Rin because she is more likely medical ninja...(well it just doesn't make sense this way).

The only thing that troubles me is how Obito's body grew and kept its shape when/if its not him using it. When Oro used his transfer tech his body went back to his original shape after some time...

I can believe the multiple tobi theory but the one facin minato was probably Obito. The one who helped itachi was different but I don't think they just kept swapping obito's eye around

Minato thought a little teen was Madara because of what he showed to be capable of... nonsense.

He died when he was 13 and his body wasn't found right after the day when he died neither in the same day which means he was dead and once dead can't be brought back to life...
Unless his opponents took his body and healed his wounds but still there should be something really strong to change his heart.
