Base Naruto only used a close range FRS on Kakauzu and thats it. The rest was done in sage mode.

He can only use chou odama rasengan barrage in sage mode. It takes up way too much chakra even for him to use it by himself.

Anyways, its usless considering Temari is a long range fighter and can take every single one of narutos clones out with one blow of her fan. Naruto has no long range jutsu except for FRS in sage mode when he is able to throw it.

actually,you should read the manga as well if you think naruto in base is a speedsterxd, that clone,was with more than 8% of his BASE chakra as it was made in KYUBI CHAKRA MODE,and that clone was given chakra by kurama to do what it did,naruto cant access kurama or sm at all here. Also naruto never used cho odama rasengan in base,he used that in sm against he kyubi which it reflected with it's tail. He can nly do the odama rasengan which is quite smaller than when he does it in sage mode,and temari will just swing her fan and thats the end of the naruto doing it whether a clone or the real one.

He doesn't use shit in base other than Kurama's chakra which he's always used, never once in the manga has he not used his chakra. Whatever "base" shit you think Naruto is has never existed and is pure speculation lol. The only difference now is that Kurama's actually purposely giving him chakra. So your points are utterly moot, Naruto's never been without Kurama's chakra, it's not my fault he cooperates now. If you have a problem take it up with the OP who should either restrict his chakra or say "This is before Kurama decided to cooperate". It's Base Naruto, deal with it, Kurama's his buddy.
