How was Obito, Tobi when he attacked the Village?

How was Tobi the masked man when the masked man attacked the Leaf Village?

If you notice during the fight between The Masked Man (Tobi/Obito) and the Fourth Hokage that tobi was not only the same size he is now during the current story line. Also his voice was deep during that time period.

So my question is how was that Obito/Masked Man when around this time just like the other current Jonin such as Kakashi and Guy were all around sixteen at the time of the Nine tail attack. Yet Obito is tall as an adult voice is deep as a grown man.

How did he do it?

Was it a transformation?---I don't think so because that is the same form he is know. Also I do not beleive could keep a transformation will fighting the Hokage.

Those were two different Tobi's, with two different plans. Tobi 1 failed so madara made another one with an even better plan

How do we know tobi/obito is the same masked man. Everyone has been wanting to know who tobi is for so long and now they see he is obito. Now my question who lifted the rock from tobi? Also tobi plan is the eye of the moon plan. The first masked man just wanted to crush the leaf with the fox. Why not just take the fox flee and gather the other beasts. Because they had different motives in my opinion. I think whoever saved instilled hatred into him tainted and trained him. Since madara knows tobi its likely him. Hell it could have been sasuke's dad kagami even izuna. All we can do is wait and see.

What's interesting, looking back at the Kakashi Gaiden chapters and the Tobi's invasion flashback chapters: Kakashi would have been not only a jonin at the time of Tobi's attack, but he would have been recognized as a war hero. But still, he was kept in side a barrier and protected as if he were a child. That's kind of weird to me, wouldn't a jonin have been out on the front lines distracting the fox and protecting the village?
