It depends. If Kakashi can successfuly use Kamui fast enough, he takes it. Still, if the battle gets too long, then Kakashi's chances will drop dramatically. He will already feel MS strain after using 2 or 3 kamuis, so if all of them miss (that is, warp kage bunshin or something) then Naruto wins.

Naruto, no contest at all.

Kakashi wont be able to gamble with kamui, if naruto maintains shadowclones.
Kakashi wont have the stamina to use it 10x for example.

Naruto can just wear kakashi out.

Wasn't the entire Hidan/Kakazu arc about Naruto surpassing Kakashi? Like seriously, I swear thats a quote or something. And even if Kakashi wasn't talking about 1-on-1 combat Naruto then went on to get Sage mode so y'know.

I know its bad to compare ninjas by how they fought other ninja but look how they both fought pain. Who won that one huh?
