Who are the gentlemen...

There are two Jounin ninjas that names escape my mind regularly, one of their features consist of spiked brown hair with a white bandage wrapped around his face, directly over the bridge of his nose. And the other wears a bandana and seems to always have a toothpick in his mouth.

If anyone can Tell me the names of these gentlemen it would be much appreciated as I wish to draw them.
