Nice +rep. But I think there's more than one masked person. When the initial masked man appeared, Kakashi, Guy, and the others were all young and small in size, and obito was their mate, but the masked man matched minato in size, so I don't think it's the same person.

We all saw kakashi black out when he obtained the sharingun and transplanted it right!?!? What I think happened is that obito unwanting to die used a special forbidden jutsu that transferred his soul into kakashi's body and vis versa........ When obito in kakashi woke ip he found minato and RIN right next too him and he just played along as kakashi. That's why he is always so sad......... Thats why he visits the grave daily.
However kakashi who is now obito stayed alive and as he was slowly dying he was able too activate the MS and phase through the rocks...... Filled with hate he tracked down obito who is now kakashi and was about to attack and that's when he heard obito who is now kakashi say to minato and RIN the truth........ However thinking that it was to late to do anything they just played along as well. Minato however stopped speaking to obito who is now kakashi, but RIN stayed in contact with him............ So kakashi who is now obito grew even a bigger hatred to not just him but everyone else as well....... Thus coming up with his plan to bring peace by genjustu.........

Obito was 13 when he was crushed under the rock at Kannabi Bridge. This is also in the databook. Kakashi is also 13 years old when be became a Jounin at that time because he is in the same year as Obito.
We also know that Naruto is 16 years old.
Now since Tobi attacked the village when Naruto was born, the attack on the village was 16 years ago. That means that Kakashi would have only been 14 years old and hence Obito was only 14 years old.

The fact is, that you're just in denial here. Accept it, Obito would have been 14 years old during the attack on Konoha.
