Fire release is one of the most basic elements. Nin can produce fire by releasing superheated chakra from the stomach through the lungs and mouth. It can also be channeled through a kunai. There are many differnent variations of fire jutsu. It is a component of the kekkai genkais Lava release and Boil release. Another form is the flames of Amaterasu. Fire is also a component of the kekkai genkai Dust release


Scientific Explanation

Fire is can be caused by many things. It feeds off oxygen like a human. It gives of CO2 which can be harmful to all living things. It can be caused by lightning hitting something. Or even the sun itself beaming down on a dried out forest. Eventually the temperature of whatever the sun's heat or a lightning strikes will reaching the ignition point.

What I want you to do, is create a ball of fire, and expel it forward from your being. Practice doing this, until you're able to create three, rapidly. And to give you same incentive to figure it out quickly:

-I take a deep breath in, and expel an orb of wind that flies towards you at a medium speed.-

"First, i concentrate the my chakra inside my stomach until it is superheated. I then expel one medium sized fireball back at you. I then start Moving around You stopping every 2 feet, Taking deep breathes, while releasing multiple fireballs as i get the gist of releasing them."
