Could Tobi and Kakashi have EMS?

It's been bugging me ever since Tobi revealed to have Obito's eye (I am well aware of Tobi being Obito), but he has used Kamui ever since his fight with Mintao, or even before then. He constantly uses it over and over again. Could it be that he has EMS? He has the means to get it with all of those sharingans he has stored. And Kakashi has used Kamui well over to become a little blind, since Sasuke started going blind after using Amarestu. So my question is, could Tobi have the EMS? Or even Kakashi?

I think Tobi has EMS somehow. Kakashi can't possibly have it though - he's not an Uchiha.

nah you need uchiha blood to have EMS but with all the plotholes lately i wouldnt be surprised if all of a sudden kakashi and obito had a blood transfusion with eachother lol
