Today I Read Naruto Chapter 599 and Was quite Happy To see everyone's Young Selves But I couldn't Help But Recognize The Guy Who Perfectly resembles Suigetsu Houzuki :shrug:

Well To Be Honest It Could Have Been Him but well Hey There Was Probably Threads about this Already and I Apologize In Advance If It May be seen as Spamming.

Well My Theory States That Well Suigetsu Seems Like A Shinobi from Sasuke's Generation but He Really doesn't Have a Stable Back Story To Him and Being One Of Orochimaru's Experiments could Say He Doesnt Age Too Rapidly Due To being "water Based" But even To Myself This seems a Load Of rubbish But There are Probably People Wondering who He Is .

I also thought it looked like Suigetsu the first time i saw that, but its plainly not possible. Suigetsu is from a completely different village. I think the best bet would be Genma, if not another character entirely.

That's not his fault. His assistants do the inking in so if something is white when it should be black it's their fault.

Well, he's shown up a lot, and we have seen him in action a little. He fought the Sound 4, and admittedly lost. But we saw him block a kunai with the needle in his mouth. And later he is one of the three who can use FTG, which is certainly a feat.
