Because Kakashi & Sasuke are talented, proteges when they were young. Naruto and obito are clumsy. If they share the same plot, it should be obito who is training naruto now.

The more similar plot to Naruto and Sasuke is Oro & Pervy Sage. They even have the same stupid useless 3rd konochi in their team. (peace to all tsunade and sakura fans)
