The way that I used the word "mastered" isn't as you think but then again NB's full of dumbass trolls that cannot fully comprehend the English language so I won't go back to that, I can see it's a ****ing waste of time. Like talking to a ****ing wall. But anyway Danzo did not do anything great with his sharingans that a true Uchiha like Itachi, Madara, Shisui, or even Sasuke couldn't do with theirs w/o Senju DNA. Danzo had Orochimaru enhance Shisui's eye using Hashi's cells making it so he could use Shisui's most powerful genjutsu more than once w/o having to wait an entire decade. His inzanagi jutsu was clearly nothing special seeing that Sasuke ****ing pawned him and even Obito/Tobi said that izanagi was just a high risk genjutsu that required perfect timing but being a non Uchiha and lack of talent and skills he completely wasted every single eye and got ****ed. And In the end he still couldn't use Shisui's ability properly. Wounded with no Senju DNA to save him along with a hostage he still lost. Hell if he was nearly as good as Kakashi with his sharingan he'd activate Shisui's mangekyo use it on Sasuke then think about fighting Tobi/Obito, that weakling(Danzo). Also he wanted to control the Kyuubi so I'm pretty sure to even do that he'd have to master Shisui's eye so he could cast a strong enough genjutsu to tame him.
