not sure, yet.
i'll just say this, Naruto has many stories apart from the central one, some play a major role and some a minor role. we do have Kushina's and Minato's story for example, the Ame orphans, Sasuke and Itachi, etc. usually in order to tell if that story is good or bad, i prefer to evaluate them in two parts.
1. the theoretical part; focusing on the emotions and development of the characters and aiming at the emotional responses of the reader; this is an important part in a story because usually this is how an audience picks favourite characters, moments, etc.
and
2. the technical and practical part; which is more about technical aspects (for example if the story was nicely drawn or not) and practical aspects (like maintaining continuity).
each part gets a max of 5. usually Naruto stories get a total of 6-8/10 imho at least.
for the time being it's too early to see if kishi will be able to pull Tobi=Obito successfully. many people are saying that everything has already been explained in the manga, but imo this is not the case. for every argument that goes: 'and this proves it was Obito' there is another that can disprove it. so, let's wait and see. kishi is definitely very... courageous to take such a way out with Tobi and hopefully he will be able to pull it.
