also tobi said he gave nagato the reningan, this would be impossible since nagato had the reningan from he was in the second shinobi world war, obito was not around those times

also tobi has been manipulating the mizukage since the second shinobi world war so tobi cannot be obito,

i still think tobi is the 1st son using obito body, and the fact that we see hashirama cells mixed in his face suggests that since tobi want the so6 powers he mixed uchiha body with senju cells

but he is def not obito if u read and pay attention to manga and what tobi has done you would see that it could never be obito
