possibly madara himself inplanted hashi's dna in obito to save him and gave his dna also to have him knowledge with his mindset towards konoha.... hence he knows everything ..

yea because he still was able to grow and the thing is if zetsu used his cells did he fix obito face by just copying obito face or just fixing his cells because half of it looks like it was wrinkled and severely damaged.
