Very rarely I saw Itachi his Sharingan De-Activated ...
If that Uchiha has potential he can keep it activated ...

If that is the case, then we would see the whole uchiha clan running around with activated sharingans, now would we? But we dont. There is a reason behind de-activating a sharingan when not in used, whether it consumes amounts of chakra to keep it activated or for whatever reason. Same for kakashi and danzo keeping it covered up, could be for the same reasons/keep it away from any light when not in used.

Once again, Tobi is not an original Uchiha, it is clear he stole Obito's right eye, however it still maintained Obito's original Mangekyou design. Transplanting a sharingan into a new host will activate a new Mangekyou design ONLY if the new host is Uchiha. If the new host is not an Uchiha (kakashi), the mangekyou design will stay the same from its original host (Tobi and Kakashi).

This is proven when Madara transplanted Izuna's eyes, the new Mangekyou design was a mix of Madara's own mangekyou and his brother's. This is proven again with sasuke's mangekyou when he transplanted Itachi's eyes.

his age is the closest to tobi

He could actually be the son of izuna and the father of obito, who both died of unfairness and wants to bring this rotten world into an eternal illusion of peace.

We "thought" it was crushed. But, apparently it was still in usable condition when Tobi got to Obito's body. And if we think about it, it does make sense. If Obito's right side was completely crushed, he would've died in an instant. But, it was not an instant death, so some parts of his right body must still be intact. I am sure Tobi must've did some engineering to Obito's badly bruised eye to get it healthy and in usable condition again.

Im goin for that tobi is a zetsu+madara+obito clone cuz of three simple facts:

1.)every time his arm gets injured his arm melts off.

2.)He knows way too much for his own good about the uchiha.

3.)hes has the same mangekyo as kakashi the one who has one of obito's eyes but in the opposite eye.

the only things i can't explain is how he knows so much about kakashi and gai

It was never confirmed that he died, but there was a panel showing him in a coffin. If it isn't Izuna I dont know who it could be. Who else would know all the secrets of So6p, the Bijuus, the Uchiha and the Senju?

Tobi cannot be Obito. Minato and Tobi fought during the attack of the Ninetails, it was when Naruto was born. At the beginning of the anime, Naruto was around 12, Kakashi was around 27. That means that kakashi was only 15 when the NineTails attacked. Thus, the history time frame does not match up. The "masked man" was clearly an adult when Minato fought him, making Obito obsolete as he would've been a 14-16 year old kid.
