It seems plausible that Naruto will become the 10 tails host. I don't see how or why Sasuke would get the rinnegan, but it could happen.

like last two manga chapters it explains only the need the essence of the tail beast chakra to bring about the 10 tail so even removing the 9 tails and implementing the 10 tails would make him the jubi host. so its still very possible

I dont see Sasuke getting Rinnegan. He just got EMS and he havent had the chance to use it... Kishi made Madara go Rinnegan / wood so that Sasuke would show us what EMS is all abaut. And Naruto will be > Sasuke for the rest of the searies. (joke xd)

If naruto get !0 tails sasuke will need rinnigan just to keep up so I think both these are as likely as the other
