i think that u guys need ta go back n read/watch the original series and c dat the third explained that the chunnin exams r used to simulate war. so that genin could get valuable experience and lower the chances that ninjas died needlessly. Since this war has come about then that means that the chunnin exams arent needed to determine rank....

hmm.......no since even though naruto has incredible power,hes still isnt matured,or smart enough to be promoted to the post of hokage.A kage has to make logical and difficult decisions every day for the sake of his village.Im not saying that hes not capable of being hokage,im just saying that it will be some time before hes fully capable to handle the duties that come with being hokage.
