Looks:Hair: Naruto D Luffy is a young man that is is little on the muscular side. He has light skin with drakish blue eyes. His hair is spiky with bangs(kind of like Naruto's) and his hair is half yellow and and half black. Under his right eye he is a little stich mark(Luffy's mark). His face structer is like Naruto's. He wears blue jean shorts that are baggy and his shirt shows his fishnet shirt he has on under. He also wears a cloak that says Hokage Pirate(Similar to Minato Hokage cloak and the admirals cloaks).

Personality: Naruto D Luffy is mischievous young ninja that is really carefree. He is really laid back and does not take things really serious. He will eat anything you put in front of him, espeically meat. But when it's time to protect his friends, he will risk his life to protect them. His job is to protect his Nakama.

Background Info.
History: Naruto D Luffy is a young ninja who was entursted with the The Sword of Dragons by his master Minato Dragon. Naruto D Luffy was born in Konoha. He joined the ninja academy at age 8 but didn't become a genin until age 12. As the years passed he bacame a Jounin. Before he became a Jounin he was a pirate. They call him the Hokage Pirate because he was a Pirate and wants to become the Hokage of Konoha.

Technically you dont need a pic if your looks description is good enough, I believe (that's how my first bio was). Also, I believe you can be apart of the Uzumaki clan.

No you didn't, at least far from completely. I asked Mugi, the current maker of the Luffy, bio and he finds it too similar as it's very obvious this is still based on Monkey D Luffy.
