Third Kazekage's Abilities

Kekkei genkai Magnet Release which allowed him to convert his chakra into magnetic forces and magnetize an object. This logically means he is immune to almost all weapons, any metallic object used in battle can be used on the opponent. He is also able to magnetize an object and then control it, this most likely only applies to other metallic objects.

Ability to warp the Terrain
The Third Kazekage could use large amounts of iron sand to cover the ground to serve several purposes in the battle.

1) It would significantly decrease the speed of anyone moving along the floor due to the increased friction.

2) The Third Kazekage can use several traps because controlling the terrain meaning an overall control of the environment in the battle .

Iron Sand Bullets
It is a gunshot-like attack which uses Iron Sand hardened into minuscule grains to attack simultaneously across a vast range. The bullets are so fast that they are difficult to see. The moment the user has finished preparing the attack, evading it becomes extremely difficult. Using the repellent force of magnetism, the speed of the bullets is rapidly increased after they are shot. Poison would make this attack lethal.

Immunity to all Metallic Weapons and tools
This is just plain and simply all weapons made of metal e.g. almost everything would be useless/disadvantageous to the user using them.
Imagine ten ten using he'r ninja tools or yamato using kunais...

Iron Sand Gathering Assault

This technique gathers a great volume of Iron Sand and compresses it into a high-density shape. This greatly increases the hardness, creating a gigantic steel-like weapon in an instant.

Access to a Infinite Armory:
The weapon is made out of Iron Sand, the shape can be whatever the user wants, and can even be changed during the fight. This allows the user to create the best weapon for the fight, by taking into account the opponent's abilities and the surrounding environment.

Jiraya Ablilites

The Sage Mode
Sage Mode is the result of using natural energy along with a ninja's normal chakra in perfect balance to drastically empower their abilities.
-There are numerous advantages while using toad Sage Mode. These include:
-The user's physical strength, speed, stamina, reflexes, and durability dramatically increase.
-The user's ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu become more powerful.
-The user can harness the natural energy surrounding them, turning it into an extension of their body, which increases the reach of their attacks.
-The user gains the ability to sense chakra around them.

Ultra-Big Ball Rasengan

This technique adds natural energy to the Big Ball Rasengan. The natural energy rapidly increases it to gigantic proportions, larger than the user's own body, and is created in an instant.

Fire Release: Toad Oil Flame Bullet

This is a two-way collaboration technique. Gamabunta will use the Toad Oil Bullet technique to shoot a jet of oil from his mouth. His summoner then ignites the oil.

Sage Art: Goemon

It is a collaboration technique used by Jiraiya with Shima and Fukasaku. After having driven the enemy into a corner, for instance indoors or in a pit, then on Shima's command Jiraiya creates a large volume of oil, followed by Fukasaku performing a large Wind Release technique to propel the oil and Shima performing a large Fire Release technique to ignite it.

Needle Jizō
This is a technique where the user encases themselves in a countless number of sharp needles, but in truth, the spikes are the user's hair.

Why i Think Jiraya can beat 3 rd KAzekage


-He don't use ninja tools
-With the Sage Mode he can sense the Iron Sand Bulets
-Using Ma&Pa Genjutsu can block the kazekage

This is a pretty easy decision and i'm gonna have to give it to Jiriaya despite the Third Kazekage being one of my favourites.

He has no counter for his Sound Genjutsu, his large scale Oil + Fire Techniques demagnetize his Iron Sand and Gambunta along with the other toad summons are overkill

As for Sage Mode, i don't know if the Third Kaze could withstand/keep up with its assaults

sound genjutsu works only after summoning ma and pa,which takes quite a while.and jiraiya will have to clasp hs hands together,meaning he cant use techs until he summons them.

The third kazekage had iron sand gathering,which was simply drawing all the iron sand in the surroundings to the surface,just like gaara's dad did in the war,and it dosent need any prep because he is a jiton user and as such simply magnetizes the iron sand to him. I believe jiraita has only summoned one toad per battle in the manga/anime,however,i dont think bunta or his toads will survive his iron sand bullets which he can make them go even faster by using the magnetic force of repulsion,they move so fast they are difficult to see,bunta is a large target,he will be hit rather quickly,and they are many of them,and it covers a wide area,note that the kazekage's abilities far exceed what sasori showed.

Also fire oil combo wont demagnetize anything,as the kazekage himself is creating the magnetic field. Magnetite,the main component of iron sand melts at abt a constant temp of 2800degreeF,jiraiya's fire-oil combo dosent reach that much heat,and he dosent fire it forever,also the third kazekage copied shukaku techs from it's jins who could use sand like gaara,which means he also possese very similar moveset to gaara.

Iron sand is twice as dense as sand,and twice as strong,which means his defencive walls and sphere(as he copied shukaku jins,and gaara was using a sphere at 12) will be twice as strong as a regular one,also he can make weapons and traps from the iron sand,swords,whips,spears etc,and he uses magnet release,which means he can manipulate the repulsive forces to make the iron sand go very fast.

In order for j-man to enter sm,he cant attack for quite a while,and his toads are a big target for iron sand drizzle. Also,his iron sand is quite strong,j-man didnt have perfect sage,his physical attributes werent fully up,as a chakra to his shoulder rod did some damage to him,while naruto was stabbed by many rods and wasnt really hurtxd,also he can also manipulate any magnetic object in the surrounding,a shuriken in jiraiya's pocket,a metal structure,objects with metallic components or properties.

Id say kazekage wins mid-high diff
