[Suggestion] Premium Raffle

How about a Premium Raffle every month or so, Mods put up a thread and members that wish to enter post ~I wish to enter~ and yeah a random member is randomly chosen. :shrug:

It's not a bad idea but I believe it would be necessary for a condition here as any inactive member could participate or any troll could get a premium and then, where's the fun in that?

You could say there are certain requirement someone has to fit, in order to take part (like not having had premium before), but then of course there will be people complaining about those rules/requirements.

I Understand the problem of money, but if there are people willing to 'donate' a premium membership, then that shouldn't be a problem.
