Obviously some people might be forgetting that Susanoo is gained through by using the two Mangekyou Sharingan techniques Tsukyomi and Amaterasu, so by implying that you need Rinnengan to awaken perfect susano'o you are saying that Nagato could awaken a perfect susano'o, I think not.

wth ? no. sorry if my english was bad btw. im saying that nagato didnt have sussano because he never has a sharingan. you need sharingan for sussano. as for madara, he had MS, EMS, so he has sussano. when he obtained the rinnegan, he upgraded everything in his arsenal(that includes sussano) and PS is the result of that.

oh yeah good point. still, that prooves that hashirama didnt fight perfect sussano, even if he did have it.

Tobi states that Susanoo is based on chakara levels if I can recall. He said this when Sasuke kept adding on to his Susanoo through Powering up. I guess the more chakara you put into Susanoo then the stronger it gets. When Kakashi made Sasuke mad he unlocked the Final Susanoo where it was fully wrapped in that paper like armor. He then showed it again after gaining the EMS. Madara statement to Oonoki pretty much proves the the Perfect Susanoo is a EMS ability that has the power of Susanoo.
