i think its a rinnegan technique, not EMS. if hashirama fought PS then he should be the one that lost the battle at the valley of the end. whats your thoughts ?

"It is said.." implies that it's a legend. It's basically saying that his Susano'o was feared by all. I can play with words and make his statement void but it's the general idea that counts.

About Perfect Susano'o, Onoki's statement seems to imply that Madara had it long ago (as an EMS technique). Tsunade's statement makes it seem like he used it their final battle. That's what the manga is hinting at. It's not concrete evidence yet but it's more likely than not.

when onoki questioned why madara didnt use his full power(perfect susano)against him years ago, madara said that he didnt fight seriously with children. this confiirms that ems madara has perfect susano. madara also said that only hashirama can stop him while using perfect susano which confirms that hashirama fought perfect susano.

Full/Perfect Susanoo is an EMS technique,go to Narutopedia and search Madara,you can clearly see that Full/Perfect Susanoo is under the category of the MS.End of discussing.

who knows if madara had PS long ago ? he could have mistaken madara having PS back then since this is his first time seeing it too. you never know. but i dont think he did.

Obviously some people might be forgetting that Susanoo is gained through by using the two Mangekyou Sharingan techniques Tsukyomi and Amaterasu, so by implying that you need Rinnengan to awaken perfect susano'o you are saying that Nagato could awaken a perfect susano'o, I think not.
