As those above me have said, this is a well known problem affecting everyone. Try using the search bar next time.

The directory permissions on the server are not set to write. This is for both NB and OPB.

What happened to my signature?

I had a really cool sig, and I've had many since I came to the base, but now it says I can't upload images/animated gifs as my sig.

Also on my profile I had a background of stars, but my background's gone now. I'm really ticked off about this. What happened to my pictures? It doesn't make sense.​

Everyone has a problem concerning uploading pictures (also some album issues) so try saving the picture you want in your sig in a place like imageshack.com Then use the url of the picture from that website

Technical difficulties with the album. It will take time to fix. I'm not sure if something is wrong with signatures, but there might be a possibility. But if the sig is from your album, then it won't show up either, I think.
