Alright, this is just a theory on what "MIGHT" happen in my opinion. History may repeat itself in my opinion.
As throughout the manga, you've noticed on how Naruto is the rebirth of the Sage himself, following a path of a god like the Six Paths, etc. Sasuke, has been cursed with the curse of hatred created by the Elder son all those years ago back to the era of the Sage.
Remember this guy?
That is the Elder Son of the Sage, the one who attacked the his brother in jealousy of not being chosen as successor. Which we all know created a curse for the Uchiha clan.
Now, remember this guy?
That is the younger brother, the first Senju. The one who was chosen, and followed the path of good.
Now lets keep this subject in mind, the Elder son was beaten by the younger son, and caused the clans to hate one another.
Madara Uchiha and Hashirama Senju were the next chosen by fate, those two were the rivals such as the Elder Son and the Younger Son reborn.

Now in the recent manga, Madara has been resurrected with Edo Tensei, and has revealed that he has unlocked the Rinnegan, because he survived the battle with the 1st Hokage. Rinnegan has been confirmed by the Uchiha leader to be be the final level of Sharingan, but he may be wrong.
Now, lets keep both first and second subjects in our minds. The two people chosen by fate are now Naruto and Sasuke, which Sasuke carries the curse of hatred, such as the Elder son, and Naruto carries the good path of the younger son.

Now, my mind tells me this is where the curse of hatred will end, why? I believe when the two fight, Naruto will win. I think Naruto will equal out with Sasuke somehow, I know Naruto is beastly strong, but Sasuke and Naruto are like Goku and Vegeta, I apologize if you haven't seen this anime, but these two are based off of Goku and Vegeta.
I think the battle will go like this, they speak for a brief moment, Naruto asks Sasuke to give up the revenge, Sasuke thinks about it for a moment, because of what his brother Itachi told him. Then he just wipes it from his mind, we all know Sasuke is confused right now; he doesn't know what to do. They will fight, untill they're bone dry of chakra. Then fight like normal Ninjas, like in the first Naruto. Naruto will beat Sasuke and leave him to make one last decision. Sasuke will then be more confused on what to do, he will lay on the ground and almost bleed to death; suddenly, he will then unlock the Rinnegan. Such as Madara Uchiha has done. Naruto will recover with the help of someone, as Sasuke will be healed with the new awakening in his eyes.
Sasuke will then approach Naruto once more with the eyes of the Sage, the Rinnegan. Naruto will be using his full Ninetails state, resembling the body of the Sage. They will fight and fight, untill they both stop, Sasuke will then realize what he has done, and take Itachi's words and Naruto's words to his heart; Sasuke will then tell Naruto they need to stop Tobi, (Or Madara, whichever is the final villian.) Naruto will smile, and they will go off and face this villian. Sasuke will sacrifice himself for Naruto to live, redeeming himself and breaking the curse of Hatred.
This will then trigger full peace, such as Naruto wanted, and the Sage wanted as well.
Now, before you're all like this
