Certain Facts About "Tobi"

Answer these for me NB:

1) Who was Tobi posing/talking on behalf of when he said the following things: "My battle with the 1st" "Hashirama is the man I hated and respected the most" "I gave nagato the rinnegan" "I incouraged yahiko"?

2) Why is Tobi able to rip of limbs at will, what damage could of possibly happened to a person’s body to allow them to be able to do this. Zetsu in you or no zetsu in you, what type of damage would allow you to do this? Any thoughts

3) When was the first time legitimately saw Tobi and how long was his hair? And I don’t want none of that “He battled the 1st” “He gave Nagato the rinnegan” things we have “heard” he has done. When was the first time we really saw him? Actual visible manga scan sighting?

4)When was the second two times we saw tobi, (remember hair length and outfit, remember how old itachi was when we first saw short haired tobi and how old itachi when he met with tobi and how long his hair was and the outfit he was wearing, remember hair length and outfit when he saw him talking with kisame)

5)Who was around in nagato’s time that had the rinnegan? (It would have to be someone who mentions his name or something )

6) If kishi was keeping a secret, for example Tobi’s Identity would he:

A) Purposely make plot holes (as he wrote the story) which would make us not work out who Tobi is or

B) Not leave any plot holes and allow us to easily work it out for ourselves before the time is right.
