Shisui Eyes are disapeared

One eye was in Itachi crow and one eye was in danzo
Tobi steals danzo sharingan(sharingan of shisui)
He put his eye on the masked part.(Left part)
In the fight with konan he uses izanagi(left eye)...the eye of shisui was disapear.

And the other eye was used for KA for "destroy" the control of itachi.
If shisui eyes was the most powerful Ms why tobi used this eye and not the other?
Shisui eyes didn't exist anymore
