I think the sculptor confused Tsunade and Minato. No offense, but Minato looks like a woman and Tsunade looks like a male.

Minato never looked like Minato because if he looked too much like Naruto we'd know in Part 1 itself how they were related

That`s awesome! Where is it and who made it! Finally I can recognise people in it. In the anime, I could never recognise anyone besides Tsunade and Hiruzen. The others didn`t look original enough.
