This page dictates that wood element is a combination of both natures, which when combined forms a new element to be manipulated.

Element + Element = KKG or new element. That new element cannot be manipulated without the use of chakra.

Shinra tensei, edo tensei (i'll give you that it can be counted as a summoning jutsu) mind transfer, kirin (it's just lightning, not created from chakra, only manipulated by it), Dance of the seedling fern, Hirodora. here's a list of a few ninjutsu attacks that cannot be absorbed by preta path. Stop overhyping it.

Just to add, Madara seems to think the Rinnegan reigns supreme over such jutsu. 3 translations of what he said are below:

"Have you gone senile, Ohnoki? The Rinnegan can absorb all Jutsu... Fighting me with Ninjutsu will not work. You should know the only way to defeat me is to beat me in direct combat and seal me."

I didn't say anything about shinra tensei, or edo tensie, or kirin, or mind transfer. Isn't Hirodora a taijutsu attack? Obviously that can't be absorbed.

I mentioned amaterasu. Amaterasu is just the highest level fire release jutsu, there's no reason why it can't be absorbed like so many other elemental techs can.

I'm not overhyping preta path, i mentioned one jutsu. Everyone seems to get really butthurt whenever someone mentions a possible counter for one of their precious MS techs.

As for wood release I'm not really sure. It's sort of a grey area.

Well I would think Kirin is ninjutsu, when sasuke moves his hand down to bring down the lightening, it looks like he is manipulating it.
