So...is Tobi defeated or what?

Well the question is fairly simple and the title self-explanatory. After getting rasengan'd to the face, is Tobi still able to fight? Did the mask protect him? Will he begin a long-winded monologue about how much his life has sucked up to this point and how he became the man he is today?

Or will they just continue but know (or get to know throughout the fighting) who he is?
