So you know that FT has always been like this, yet you decide to drop FT now when we've seen the power of friendship or whatever plenty of times throughout the manga. Interesting..

if you guys notice... this arc isnt meant for that to be the main fight

-The dragons coming (Which i think the guy crying was igneel in human form)
-AND! the event thats gonna happen. Trust us guys... I rest assure.. Gajeel,Natsu,Sting,Rogue,Wendy,(God slayer girl like wendy), Ogra, and Laxus. We will all see something bad ass from them together. Trust me

And to all the people who are complaining: this is how Fairy Tail always has been, ever since the first chapter. Don't like it? Then don't read it. We already get those complicated, dragged out fights in Naruto and One Piece and also often in Bleach. There's of course nothing wrong with that, but it's simply refreshing to see something different for a change, to really see something like "arg, screw it! Atomic Smash!", fights that are short, but really boost your adrenalin in an instant. Fairy Tail has simply been a manga that does unorthodox things and that kind of battles is what makes FT FT, so stop complaining as if you change that, it isn't FT anymore.

I didn't expect the fight to be long, so I really wasn't disappointed in the length. Sometimes when fights just get drawn out sometimes they tend to get boring, which is one of the reasons I like Fairy Tail. I never get bored of it. Not to mention this fight isn't supposed to be the main fight.
I also like how the battles are based on emotions. That's why I love the guild Fairy Tail, they're like family. ^^
For the guy that was crying, I think it was Zeref. On Tenroujima I believe he was crying too. There's two different forms of Zeref, one is the crying Zeref that wants Natsu to kill him, and the one that's very powerful. It could explain why the magic power felt different.

For this weeks chapter i give 0/5, i don't give two shits about the fight which was barely shown for gods sake. This is straight BS, how in the world did Natsu beat Sting and Rogue both in Dragon Force with so little effort when he was getting pounded along with Gajeel by one of them a second ago? Also, we've all had this talk about Sting and Rogue killing their Dragon's and being true dragonslayers. It makes no sense for Natsu and Gajeel to overpower them the way they did that they resort to their strongest form just to turn the tides a little before Natsu comes with his Fairy tail friendship bs nakama powerup. This is much worse then any nakama powerup bs fight we've seen throughout the series. I don't necessarily have a problem that Natsu and Gajeel won infact i was expecting them to pull it off but no one can be blind to the way it happened. Natsu went to Dragon force before in the series, if Hiro would somehow manage to utilize that for Natsu in this fight and harness the lightning/flame magic which Natsu still has and then through a hard battle take out Sting and Rogue(both in dragon force) i would have no complaints but this is trolling at its finest. People need to stop being blind to it and realize the troll fest that Hiro is throwing down, stop being a sensless fanboy and claim this was a good chapter because you just show that you don't care about the series that you support so much as a fan which makes you look like a hypocrite. I cannot express my disappoinment in this series that had so much potential and i already know that i shouldn't look at it and judge it in the same way i look at Naruto, Bleach and One Piece because with Fairy tail, you just need to let go of all structural logic that you normally have within a series and watch it just for enjoyment without looking at the flaws, i did that for a while and then Hiro does something that makes you perhaps reconsider about Fairy tail for him to troll everything in the end. Atleast in Bleach you know that Kubo is trying to make it better but Hiro doesn't care for his own series which is sad. Anyway, last week i told ~Theleader~ that i would give Fairy tail 5 weeks to stop the trolling and after 5 weeks look at it and decide whether or not i'm going to drop this piece of trash for good because i've watched the series for a while now and i would like to give it a chance before dropping it completely so this is strike 1, i have 4 more weeks to go.

you guys are so pathetic. you don't like it? then shut the **** up and drop it, instead of crying here. you guys really need a doctor or two... people read/watch this show to get some entertainment. you are taking this "fan" bullshit too seriously. if you want struggle and other just go and watch/read Naruto / OP / etc. and let the others enjoy this show...
Aren't you forgetting something?The real matter in this arc is the eclipse plan which is being secretly proceeding.The grand magic games fights are only secondary.So it's not a problem if the fights in the games are one sided.I believe fairy tail will gain an overwhelming victory over sabretooth.The real fights will only be shown later on

My problem isn't how Hiro makes Natsu troll everyone with Power of Feelings...yet again. What pissed me is that he developed both Sting and Rogue so well in last chapters, and suddenly, the same stuff again!Go Natsu

I fully agree that FT won't be FT if this was changed. It's like removing Super Saiyan from DBZ! In fact, I'm partly okay with the chapter. However, it's sad that he makes Sting/Rogue look so weak suddenly with this troll move. I wouldn't be pissed if Natsu did that against Sabertooth's on steroid master or if he did that against Minerva (which Erza is gonna do anyways).
Rogue and Sting were well-developed and it would have been nice to end this fight in a more logical power-up or with a minim explanation. I wanted an ending that doesn't ruin Sting/Rogue's characters. A bit like how Laxus v/s Natsu fight ended or how Natsu v/s Gajeel ended.

That battle was epic! I feel inspired and full of energy once i finished reading that! Man o man was that one hell of a battle! 5 outta 5 man! 5 outta 5
The result of the fight was to be expected. When we saw Igneel talking to Sting & Rogue's dragons in ch. 293, we knew their claims were false, so consequently their strength compared to Natsu & Gajeel would be different. Dragon slayers magic is powerful, explaining sting & rogue's dominance over others, but put head to head with Natsu & Gajeel showed their true comparable strength. I think the dragons decided to raise their slayers differently to see which way was more effective.
My biggest disappointment was i wanted to see more Gajeel. I agree with what's been said before that this fight is just a precursor to eclipse & when the dragons come. That's when things will get EPIC!

This was a great FT chapter Sting & Rouge will obviously become good guys probably by the end of this arc when Zeref & that Knight make there move.
The people complaining about this fight should just stop reading FT. This is what FT is Natsu dominating Sting & Rouge is no different then Erza destroying all 100 monsters or Laxus owning all of RT. This is just the way FT is & it's not going to change.

Natsu didn't get some BS power up, think about this. You guys obviously enjoy Naruto since this is NB right?
Well when Baruto gets mad he unleashes the power of a Demon Fox
(not his own power) and he majorly power ups, but you guy call that epic.
But when Natsu uses his feeling for his friends, as fuel to unleash his OWN power.
You guys complain. Think about it what is more BS, getting mad and realeasing the power of a demon? Or using your own power to fight for your friends?
