they pointed out how the byakugan has one big ring in the eye when its activated and pointed out how the elder son of the sages rinnegan looked like the uzumaki's whirlpool symbol

Byakugan+Mokoton/Life force = Rinnegan -> Whirly Rinnegan -> Sharingan -> MS -> EMS -> Rinnegan (full circles if senju dna, whirly without) but we wont ever really know unless kishi feels like explaining it before series ends

also in that theory the person said this was the reason hyuuga have 2 branches, 1 slaves and 1 main, because the slave branch were the relatives of the hyuuga who bred outside the clan and made So6P

it clearly states in elder son wikki that byukgan from him and also shargain but i think hyuga came first then uchiha came from branch family of hyuga. because remember when tobi talk to naruto he said "cursed of hatered" vs will of fire. dont the branch family have cursed mark on their head. is also rly weird why dont uchiha but no cursed mark on their younger son but hyugas do. dont uchiha hate senju more because senju ancestor younger son became the sucessor. this where i think the uzumaki came first from the younger son. the hyuga had grudge against them they feared them for their sealing justu and were jealous of how their ancestor younger son became the sucessor. i think hyuga were so jealous they started but sealing mark on their younger sibilings and forced them to protect the elder sibiling and never let the younger sibling be sucessor. yeah i think the hyugas killed many uzumaki but ithink now in present time is forgotten. i dont think madarra killed. i think is uzumaki vs hyugas. senju vs uchiha. ireally want to know more flash back the so6p.

The hyuuga just have better vision than sharingan.
They can see the tenketsu unlike the sharingan.
They have several kilometers vision and almost 360 around, unlike the sharingan.

I doesnt really matter which eye came first.
It can evolve and devolve i guess.
Or even just specialize at a certain field.

The Hyuga are incredibly powerful clan with a lot going for them. They have the Byakugan which can see through almost anything, see everything in 360 degrees, x-ray and telescopic vision, insight out the wooya and basically control a person's chakra if they can strike them.

I do think the Hyuga were around before the Uchiha, and I don't think the Sharingan derived from the Byakugan. They share some similar abilities, but its different in a lot of ways.

As too how they came about, i really hope Kishi at least gives us a little more insight into them. As they are my favorite clan.

Well i saw an interview that stated sasuke is one of his favorite characters, but you're right i HATE how much they focus on the uchiha...

there are other clans in the narutoverse haha
