Shisui isn't the most talented, the most talented Uchiha was Itachi and the most talented was Minato.

Well since Danzo took Shisui's eye you could say he's stronger. You could also say Shisui willingly gave Danzo his eye, but I doubt that was the case. Neither can be said for sure. And he wasn't the most talented. That was Itachi. Shisui had the strongest Genjutsu, that's all.

u should see ch-222,pg-12. the three uchihas said that shisui is the most talented member of uchiha clan....
