Itachi>killer bee?

I've been reading a lot of forums lately and goodness killer bee is so underrated in the base. Someone people were saying itachi kills him easily. Others are saying he is crap compared to naruto. B is easily top 15, yeah people like Nagato and Madara can defeat him but other than Rinnengan users there are very few who can defeat bee. And even if they can by no means would it be easy. Besides being a perfect host makes him impervious the genjutsu. So what do you guys think?

Tsukuyomi does not work on perfect host. And staying in bm would suffice.

:sy: It was simply a bad match up for Kisame, the more chakra Kisame's opponent has the more powerful Kisame becomes, and since Gai doesn't use chakra in his battles he had the upperhand. Plus Bee wasn't going all out.
