how sure are we that tobi's an uchiah?

Sooo many tobi theory, and all have been in the same line, and that line, no matter how diffrent people's opinion are, is within uchiah, some say uchiah obito, some say uchiah izuna, yea, so, has anybody ever thought to themselves, what if he's not an uchiah, obito's left eye is been yeilded by a non-uchiah, a dude named kakashi, so its not imposible that the other is used by a non-uchiah also, if am right, the possiblities are endless, so many people with hate towards konoha, so who oh who could it be, if tobi was to be revealed as some one who is not from the uchiah clan, all i can say is ' bring out the buck load of tobi theories again'
PS-im not saying he's not an uchiah for sure, this is just my little tobi theory
