Tobi fighting Naruto and Bee isnt a plothole, the truth is found

Im sorry if someone has already made a thread about this, but while I was reading the manga again, I realized that Tobi does need the Kyuubi and Hachibi. Many people havent understood why he is fighting them even though he has Kinkaku and Ginkaku and the Hachibi's tail. The truth is that he does need the Hachibi and Kyuubi's chakara and he is probably fighting them right now trying to take the rest of their power. My proof comes from the next picture and I think Tobi still needs more of the Bijuu's chakra in order to revive the Ten Tails. Read the top picture:

Then why didnt he do it earlier? It looks too much of a plothole to me. He couldve summoned the 10 tails when he took the jar.

If what you say is true, then Tobi got fed up with his power and acted condescendingly. He made a huge mistake and thats why he is going to lose in the war. He couldve already won, but he is going to fail, I doubt that the plan will come to fruition.

I think it was because he still wanted to get the Kyuubi and Hachibi from Naruto and Bee so he could summon the Juubi at it's full power. I think he realized quickly after Naruto had dispatched the rest of the Jinnchuriki and tailed beasts that he underestimated them and would have to resort to summoning an incomplete form of the Juubi.

using ginkaku and kinkaku and bee's tentacle is tobi's backup plan. he wanted naruto and bee so he could bring back the ten tails to full power. Tobi started the fight to take naruto and bee but once he realized that wasnt going to happen, he switched to the backup plan
