The fan drains chakra she cant use it long. People always diss ten-ten . But she is perfect fit for team guy !!! With three taijutsu users , her long range attaks are vital.! Its hard to rank her we dont see her much.

I would still add the fan to her arsenal. All of her other attacks require very little to no chakra, so I believe that it would be used as her last resort or to even neutralize any enemy's elemental ninjutsu attacks.

If she trains well in chakra control, we could have a really bad match-up for Temari.

Not necessarily. Her thousand weapons manipulation could overwhelm many shinobi. She wouldn't die when she uses it, but she would use up pretty much all of her remaining chakra reserves. Temari's wind would be used against her with a powerful fire blast. Hinatas defense is the only one that could possibly stand up to the attacks. Sakura cant avoid an omni-directional attack, which is possible with the fan. She doesn't even need it to beat Ino.
