Kakashi and EMS

As receiving MS and EMS is a tricky thing and not fully explained, I'm wondering if in theory Kakashi could take Tobi's eye to get EMS.

1) Both Kakashi's and Tobi's eyes were Obito's, therefore it might not be considered taking MS from another person and thus might not result in EMS.

2) Kakashi is a non-Uchiha - for this reason alone activating EMS might be impossible for him.

3) It would be the first case of getting EMS from someone that's not your sibling - we have no idea if that would work.

I think one or more of the mentioned things would make it impossible for Kakashi to get EMS from Tobi. Still, I think we know too little to be able to state anything for sure.
What's your opinion? Do you think it would be technically possible or not?
Once again we see how much is yet to be explained in the manga. U_U

I have no idea. But i am sure by the end of the fight Kakashi will be blind for spamming Kamui. As for Tobi, well he's been warping all over the place forever, who knows if he will go blind.

I think when Tobi loses Kakashi will take back Obito's eye. What he does with it, only Kishi knows lol.
