ok i was re-reading chapter 598 and i noticed something
so if u havent read it plz dont read on..


anyways i noticed when kakashi used his Kamui on the Naruto BM clone he fell and it had a zoomed in pic of his face and his MS eye which i noticed it was bleeding

- the panel that shows Kakashi's face not the 1 with him laying down like a boss

now this is what i think dont flame me lol

kakashi has either over used the MS to the point its bleeding and his nearly out of chakra or he MAY have unlocked Amaterasu(again MAY have)

which brings me to my next point of Tobi. Since u go blind after using ur MS(not EMS)abilitys shouldnt he have gone blind long ago since he spams it nearly all the time
i can recall him using it to get to Naruto when he was born
to take kushina away from Minato
to get into the Leaf Village without setting the barrier off
Sneaking up on Minato, on the Stone Faces, Following Minato to the hut
Fighting Minato at the hut
When sasuke vs Deidara - sasuke got him with his sword but tobi phased thought it
When toying with Naruto, Kakashi, Yamato, Sakura, Shino, Hinata, Kiba
and who ever else was in that group when sasuke was vs itachi and they were trying to get past tobi
Im also guessing his used it when itachi placed Amaterasu in Sasuke to go off when Tobi looked at sasukes eyes with his Sharingan - which i think when he says Itachi didnt know everything about me(or something like that)he ment Itachi didnt know about Tobi have Obitos MS
At the Kage Summit he used it also there to get away from Raikage - to put Sasuke and Karrin in his dimension
Also to while fighting Danzo's bodygaurds he used it a few times to get away from em and also put them into his dimension
to get to the place that had the Gold & Silver brothers and to get away from Shikamaru and group
then all the times his spammed it while he was vs naruto and group
(if i have missed anything of him spamming it put it down)
which i think means u DONT go blind when u get transplanted Sharingan or MS even if it doesnt go from MS to EMS because also kakashi has used it a few times since we first seen him use it vs Deidara

anyways that went on more then i though srry i just kept typing as something else popped into my head when thinking of the times he spammed the MS lol

To be honest I've always thought it was the zetsu part of his body with hashiramas DNA. Maybe the eye isn't transplanted or maybe your right and the eye doesn't go blind if transplanted but kakashi has hardly used Kamui and I don't think they have ever referenced his sharingan losing its light. Anyways the only 100% answer will be given in time.

Its cause he sent a whole body to the other dimension. That is what's straining his eye to the point he's bleeding.
