When did Kishi say Naruto=Sasuke????

• They progress as a pair
• They are two sides to a coin

My question is when and where was this said? It is possibly one of the most highly quoted of Kishi's words but I have no idea where it comes from, when it was said or whether it was actually said.

i dont thikhe he ever directly said ti but its pretty clear as he has shown that naruto and madara are the next to in the line of sage sons just like madara and hashi basically he has made it clear they will be the two strongest in the end when they clash and it is jus obvious again the if they fight and naruto kicks his ass with no effort it will be weak

I think this is just an asumption. However It is clear why people think this. Naruto and sasuke are going to have to be close to equal when they fight for the battle to even be entertaining.
