Sword of Kusanagi: Longsword of the Sky- Tsunade needs only grab the sword. As long as it doesn't decapitate her she'll survive if she can regrow vital organs in her abdomen then she should be able to regrow limbs and digits.

When Orochimaru uses Edo-Tensei it is not an instant process he must first summon the coffins then after they open he must insert the tags into the summons. Given Tsunade's fighting style she is required to be at close range as she is mainly a taijutsu user. Which means it would be unlikely for her to give Orochimaru a chance to program his ET's which in turn means they would most likely side with Tsunade their blood relative when they have their own free will. And the second hokage could release the technique completely.
My conclusion Tsunade would win
In the Jiraiya versus Orochimaru fight they will fight on equal ground until it becomes a question of SM versus 8 Branches. Most of Jiraiya's attacks aren't on the level that they can cause great damage to the Hydra. More often than not Orochimaru will win.
In Jiraiya versus Tsunade, Jiraiya starts out with an advantage as Tsunade would have to activate either Byakougou or Creation rebirth to tank attacks.However, she has proven herself agile and may be able to avoid a number of jutsus. Luckily for her though, it takes much less time for her to start Byakougou and Creation Rebirth than it does for Jiraiya to enter Sage Mode. At the point that Tsunade can tank ninjutsu attacks (like she did Madara's Katon) Jiraiya is in deep sh*t. She can advance on him and if he is trying to collect Sage Mode chakra through being still is is an easy target. If he summons his boss toads logically she could fight them off given what we've seen from her.

She was actually kicking Kabuto's ass until her hemophobia was exploited (something that can no longer happen)
She overcame her hemophobia and finished Orochimaru with one punch.
She didn't get her ass kicked by Pein. She protected her village in a more supportive role than fighting head to head. Her use of Katsuyu and her prowess as the greatest medical ninja allowed her to save the majority of konoha residents.
I reccomend you revisit my earlier post on how Orochimaru would lose to her and Jiraiya if he won, it'd be close. And it would have to be a flawless victory which seems unlikely.

Actually Madara hasn't done that much as all of the kages are still standing. She can't do anything against Madara? I guess you weren't playing attention when she broke his Susanoo, or when she used his own Susanoo sword against, or when she took out a Susanoo Clone, or when she forced Madara to use a Wood Clone to avoid be sealed. I also think your forgetting that without Madara's eyes you can't distinguish between wood clones and the real deal and if still she came up with a counter plan that would allow him to be blitzed by Oonoki which involved her voluntarily taking Yasaka Magatamas head on. The same way she voluntarily took on Madara's Katon. She could have moved out of the way, but then they wouldn't have known about preta path or the other kages would've been severely burnt. She may in fact have a Sage Mode and even if she doesn't she is already competing with the other sannin in terms of strength. If she does it will probably make her the strongest sannin. Kakashi died when he used too much chakra. If you don't know what chakra is then of course you don't understand why she went into a coma. Chakra is the combination of of spiritual and physical energy. Any of the sannin could have amassed together what Orochimaru did with Owatagakure but he's the evil one so of course only he did it. Tsunade didn't basically make herself immortal? And now we're judging Tsunade on the basis of her hobbies.
Actually it didn't take all of Tsunade's might. So far it would seem Tsunade's strongest attack is the Heavenly Foot of Pain which is not what she used. She used a basic punch. And name one other character who single handedly breaks Madara's Susanoo. When A did his strongest attack Riger Bomb Sasuke only had a few cracked Susanoo ribs. When A tried to break through Madara's Susanoo ribs he couldn't get through.
Tsunade also laid a Susanoo out. And she was the person who forced Madara into a tight spot.

Actually Madara hasn't done that much as all of the kages are still standing. She can't do anything against Madara? I guess you weren't playing attention when she broke his Susanoo, or when she used his own Susanoo sword against, or when she took out a Susanoo Clone, or when she forced Madara to use a Wood Clone to avoid be sealed. I also think your forgetting that without Madara's eyes you can't distinguish between wood clones and the real deal and if still she came up with a counter plan that would allow him to be blitzed by Oonoki which involved her voluntarily taking Yasaka Magatamas head on. The same way she voluntarily took on Madara's Katon. She could have moved out of the way, but then they wouldn't have known about preta path or the other kages would've been severely burnt. She may in fact have a Sage Mode and even if she doesn't she is already competing with the other sannin in terms of strength. If she does it will probably make her the strongest sannin. Kakashi died when he used too much chakra. If you don't know what chakra is then of course you don't understand why she went into a coma. Chakra is the combination of of spiritual and physical energy. Which means if you no longer have physical energy how can your body continue to do bodily functions such as pump blood, breathe, move,etc. How could you brain continue to function?
