Tobi did cancel Kamui

Since Tobi does have kamui (the full version) he was able to turn off the kamui that kakashi directed towards gedo statue's neck. Knowing Kishi Tobi won't be obito just some mad man with his eye power (along with other sharingans). So basically Tobi canceled kamui with kamui.

Because he thought he was going to kmaui the whole thing when in fact he did not tricking tobi into not using kamui himself allowing the resengan to hit him
