it wudnt be bad writing it would actually shed some light on kagami and his disapearance.whats wrong with new characters coming late into the plot? is that in the manga rule book?

Haha, he's not important at all though. Kagami's "disappearance" isn't an important mystery at all to the plot. His "disappearance" is just as important as the disappearance of the other pointless people in that group. As in, it's not important at all. The only reason he seems more important is for the SOLE reason that he is an Uchiha, and somebody dug him up while trying to be creative on a Tobi identity thread. In reality, he is just as important as the rest of the people who haven't affected the plot in that group. If he didn't have the name Uchiha, nobody would care about him. He's in reality just a character who could have been replaced by any other character that comes to Kishi's mind.
