Will Kakashi go blind ?

Much speculation is going around about if Kakashi will eventually become blind from using kamui.Some people think he might not due to it being transplanted and the theory is sounds nice but in one panel in the recent chapter he was bleeding from his eye right before collapsed.Has kakashi finally reached his free pass on the sharingan ? Or do you think the blood was there for dramatized effect ?
